The early career framework (ECF) by the Department for Education will see early-career teachers undergoing statutory induction, entitling them to a two year training and support package when the programme launches nationwide in September. For the first time, local residents will be able to nominate a Portsmouth-based teacher, support team or leader who have gone above and beyond during the pandemic.
