Teach Portsmouth Awards Live!

Get ready to celebrate the achievements of Portsmouth's star teachers

It's time to nominate teachers, support teams and leaders in the Teach Portsmouth Awards Live as we recognise their incredible achievements in the waterfront city.

To submit a nomination for the Teach Portsmouth Awards Live, you must work in a Portsmouth-based school, college or organisation only. Nominations for anyone outside of Portsmouth will be removed from the shortlisting process.

5 simple rules

  • You must take a co-ordinated approach to award submission where possible
  • You must include nominees based in Portsmouth only
  • You must NOT nominate your entire school
  • You must read the category criteria carefully (Individual / teams or both) as nominee types will vary
  • You can only nominate 5 people/teams per category

Applications for the Teach Portsmouth Awards Live are still open! This year, we will be celebrating the achievements of colleagues online through a digital awards ceremony on Thursday 8 July. Online nominations have been extended to Friday 7 May.

Long service award

Entries for the long service award have now closed. Submissions for the category were open earlier this year. If you would like to recognise colleagues in other categories, you will need to complete a new submission. We will combine both submissions together on your behalf ready for shortlisting.
