Meet the sponsor: Caterlink

With the Teach Portsmouth Awards 2022 just two weeks away, we're continuing our series introducing you to our valued sponsors who have made the Teach Portsmouth Awards 2022 possible.

This week we hear from Dawn Spreadbury, operations manager at Caterlink, sponsor of this year's teaching assistant of the year award.

Could you tell us about what you do and your connection to education?

We're really pleased to be supporting the Teach Portsmouth Awards again for another year. Caterlink is proud to provide freshly prepared, nutritious and healthy school meals for pupils in Portsmouth's schools. We work with many schools in the city providing this essential service.

What do the Teach Portsmouth Awards mean to you/organisation?

Caterlink is delighted to support the Teach Portsmouth Awards as we recognise the importance of teachers and schools in developing young people. It is important to us that success and good practice in this area is celebrated and recognised.

What are you looking forward to from the awards ceremony?

Celebrating the success of all the winners and nominated in what continues to be a testing time with COVID-19.

What special message do you have for Portsmouth's teachers, support teams and leaders?

Well done to all teachers, support teams and leaders for shaping the children of the future and ensuring the world will be in good hands.
